TESS MCDONALD is a prolific gunrunner in NYC, operating under the pseudonym “Madam X”, and whatever she wants is less than a phone call away. Life can't get much better for NIKKI PEREZ. She's young, beautiful, drives fast cars, has one of the most notorious men in the neighborhood in her bed, and is making more money than she ever dreamed of. KIM SHEPPARD is at the pinnacle of corporate success. She is the envy of men and women alike, with a handsome husband, a beautiful home, and a secret lover on the side. All three women are living their best lives.

Then, when they least expect it, Tess has her business and everything she's worked for snatched away by her estranged sister, Nikki is convicted of a crime she didn't commit and betrayed by the man that was supposed to hold her down, and Kim’s affair is discovered by her scorned husband and he threatens to expose her double life and take her entire fortune.

Fate intercedes when the three women meet in a hospital elevator during a prolonged New York City blackout. What begins as a claustrophobic space with clashing personalities, soon becomes the breeding ground for a unique alliance. The women agree to help one another exact deadly revenge on the individuals that have wronged them, and reclaim what's rightfully theirs.
